• N – Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice: We value and respect different ways of experiencing and communicating with the world.
• E – Empowered Caregivers: Families, carers, and educators are not just helpers — they are partners. We build their confidence and celebrate their insights.
• C – Communication as an Outcome of Regulation: When children feel safe and regulated, communication can unfold naturally.
